What is Mosaiс Festival?
Mosaiс is a small festival with a big heart.
It’s an open-air gathering for people who love traditional music, handmade things, village vibes, and the kind of conversations you only have while peeling apples or learning a new song together.
It’s a weekend to sing, move, create, and connect with others in a relaxed, community-led atmosphere.
Where?
Between 19th and 21st September 2025, we’re bringing it to life at Modellpark Berlin - a charming outdoor venue where city and nature meet. The festival is built around music, movement, and shared moments.
Expect concerts, traditional singing, dancing, craft workshops, and plenty of space to simply be with others, or on your blanket under a tree.
Eastern Europe & Polyphonic Singing
This first edition focuses on Eastern European traditions, because that’s where many of us feel most at home. Think powerful polyphonic voices, playful village games that turn into dances, handmade crafts, and stories that feel older than the trees around you.
But more than the programme, Mosaic is about creating a space for people who love to sing, create music, and make things by hand. A space where cultures can mix without pressure. Where grandparents and kids, teenagers and adults, newcomers and regulars, introverts and extroverts can all feel welcome. A space to show up with your whole, weird, beautiful self.
It’s grassroots, donation-based, and full of heart - made by people who care about folk music and each other. Whether you come for the workshops, the evening dancing, or to chill in the grass, we’ll be happy to have you with us.
So whether you come to listen, to perform, to help out, or just to hang around and soak it all in - you’re invited. Bring a friend, a thermos, and a song you love. Or just bring yourself.
